Incorrect. You need to go back and look at black culture prior to LBJ. They had a very high percentage of self employed business owners (due to racism and few good job opportunities) and single parent household percentages were in line with other races, whites included. They allowed democrats to enslave them all over again but they aren't alone. Poor white folks and Hispanics haven't been immune to the democratic playback either.
