I think if someone took a video of them in the moment, saved it for another time when they are calmed down and showed it to them, they’d be too embarrassed to watch it. At least they should be.

Yeah it’s a bit ridiculous. I’ve had to learn the hard way about getting on to my son too hard during a game. He’ll just shut down instead of responding. He’s not the only one either. I’ve seen several do it. It has taught me a lot of patience and that’s something that’s always been a weakness of mine.
Now if he screws up I can just tell him he’s fine and move on to the next play and he responds much better.
He’s taught me more than I’ve taught him. He just doesn’t know it.

I have an opinion. Satan is using sports to destroy christians. Im not saying sports are bad. I am saying sports are causing christian people to do and say things they normally wouldnt, and put the time they should be spending praising and learning about God at the ballpark. Schools are now practicing ball on Sundays and on Wednesday nights. Alot of the sports are also a form of child worship, yes children are now tiny gods. I been doing alot of thinking about this very thing the past few weeks. Pretty sure im close to reality here. Satan has once again taken something good and figured out how to use it to drive a wedge between people and the Lord and eachother. Just think on it a while.

Gameball is for children. Adults involved is just silly. The decent people were outnumbered over 10:1. I've been much more impressed with everyone involved in shooting sports.

I am not a tennis guy but news last night said average family will spend 300,000 between age of 8 to 18 traveling just to get their child D 1 scholarship

A lot, not all, of these coach/parents want their kid to be what they never were. And you can usually tel when there son is at bat because their voice is a little more intense and vocal.
