Nothing happening at my Russell county place. Had one gobble a dozen times WAY off the line. Probably busted 30 deer but turkeys are avoiding me.

The birds are about done here I’m pretty sure but I cannot quit. I will hunt until the last day. We don’t know how many springs we have left so I’m gonna make the best of what I have. It’s a long time until next spring and this could be the last for you. Just never know. Thank you God for another day. Good luck fellas.

Dead at 8:25. Spotted three strutters in a clear cut with my binos. Moved around them to intercept, called for about 5 mins and dad smashed the lead bird at 30.

Congrats. I am just down the road from you at work. I drive through Little River every morning. Sure think about hunting every time I pass by.

I have a couple of older men that I take turkey hunting. I see more than 3 die every year. Good luck with your season.
