Have an Exmark for 10 yrs now and no issues. Changed blades, bearings and tires. 24 hp Kawasaki. Bought mine in 2017. No issues yet. I mow a little more than 4 uneven acres.

Where I work there are several folks that cut grass after work every day and they use Hustler mostly and some Gravely.
Both are good mowers and I have a Hustler.
Whatever you get be sure it has the Kawasaki Motor.

Hustlers are good machines for the $ . I have a Raptor SDX 54" cut with Kawasaki engine . I think it's equivalent to the current Raptor XDX . I notice Hustler has a commercial model now that is supposed to run 16 MPH !

I have two of the Hustler Super Z in 60”. I’ve had less trouble with them than some of my associates in the business have with their choices. I have had more issues with the newer unit, mostly engine issues of one sort or another, than the older model. These are both Kawasaki engines btw. But keep in mind I put around 25 acres a week under mine, year round.

Another vote for the Hustler. Had one for 7 years no issues or problems yet. Good Mowers with Kawasaki I've been part of buying 4 of these for home and work. Ours are all Fastrak Superduty's. Our largest customer is HydroGear. There are 2 or 3 of us in Alabama that supply parts to them. Part of their work is to bring mowers to their plant and test their transmissions in their mowers. In after-hour conversations, they say they prefer Hustler and Scag.

There's a lot of good ones out there to pick from.
I went with the Scag Patriot 4 years ago to use on my 3.5 acres and love it. It has not had the first problem. The Patriot costs less than the Tiger you looked at.

Snatched up a Scag Tiger with 150hrs off FB Marketplace a couple years ago for $3500. May not want to buy used but it’s been cutting like a dream for me.
