Rubber is your only solution imo. I’ve never had a leather boot or anything other than rubber keep it’s waterproofing long.


I’ve had a pair of Crispi Nevadas for 5 years and they still don’t leak. I condition them before season and before we go out west. They won’t help in this situation as you ain’t crossing a creek that’s 1-2’ without waders.
