Buy the ATF fluid yourself and do several drain and fills, you’ll get the majority of it. MUCH cheaper than 250.00. I like to change it every 100,000 miles. Toyotas in the last 10 years have a complicated drain/fill procedure that involves getting the transmission up to a certain temp, check the temp with a heat gun, etc. Back when owners could do a simple drain & fill and use the dipstick tube as a filler tube, I had no trouble with it.
