4 suspects supposably in custody 5th was DOA at the scene. Crossfire? Doesn't make sense.

I saw that or something similar yesterday afternoon. The kids are saying one of the kids at the party was armed. I know the kid they are referring to and it wouldn’t surprise me.

You have to look no further than this verbiage to see where society’s problem lie. These people are sub-human—-Animals!. They dont respect themselves, much less other people. This country placates this attitude, teaches these thugs they are the victim of racism. Teaches them they are owed a free living, free housing, ex. Some will call this racism, I dont blame the black race at all. The black race has been “Used” by the democrats for political purpose. Look at what Pete Buttplug said this weekend, the highway fatality rate for blacks is cause by racism. “The highway system is designed to the disadvantage of blacks, causing more black fatalities”. This is a representative of the POTUS telling blacks it the the governments fault they are getting killed in accidents on highways. Until the Democrats stop playing this race angle for political purpose and this attitude and way of life is reversed, these kind of incidents will continue.

I cannot imagine the horror those kids were in when the thugs started firing. So many young lives lost and changed forever. Bless their souls.

Did he go into detail about HOW the highway system is supposedly designed in a racist way? Or did he just throw out that statement with no explanation and nobody questioned it?

If I remember correctly, it was due to the design of the system through and around the "less fortunate" neighborhoods.

This isn’t the first time Buttigieg has blamed road racism.

In November of 2021, the transportation secretary claimed that “racism” drove the construction of a highway and an underpass in New York:

"I’m still surprised that some people were surprised when I pointed to the fact that if a highway was built for the purpose of dividing a White and a Black neighborhood, or if an underpass was constructed such that a bus carrying mostly Black and Puerto Rican kids to a beach, or that would have been in New York, was designed too low for it to pass by, that that obviously reflects racism that went into those design choices.”

Buttigieg doubled down on his accusations later that month in an interview with MSNBC:

"What we’re doing is we are reconnecting people who may have been disconnected or divided by discriminatory decisions in the past. That helps everybody. I don’t know why anybody would be against reconnecting people who have been divided by discriminatory decisions in the past.”

I think you're correct. However , Buttgig is on the federal level , federal level highways are interstates and pedestrians aren't supposed to be on them. Many highways were built decades ago and the cities and suburbs moved out to them . Road builders don't have crystal balls. He , like others in this administration can spout ridiculous statements and the press never questions it .
