Come on y'all. The man asked a question about which one of the two you'd like, not what you think he should do, or what he should give. Great gesture Brian. Let me rephrase: I would prefer to be given a choice  It is going to be a surprise that is given to him in our Monday morning meeting. I have asked a lot of questions to narrow it down to these 2 guns. The other 2 guys will be getting different guns. One will get a 45/70 guide gun in stainless and the other will be getting an Over/Under in a Beretta more than likely. I know he wants either of these guns, I am just trying to narrow it down to which one.

He wants a Benelli because he hasn’t shot a Beretta A400. Super Vinci should be the very last shotgun option.

I taged out on dove in a box n a half and i not no great shot
I hav always hammered turkeys w it - it feels great
Hav not shot the others!! Either is a dang nice gift - the rest of us would probably be lucky to get a pocket knife r a cooler at our jobs as gift

I agree. For those saying the Benelli doesn't fit them, did yall play with the stock shims that come with it? After dropping the stock and adding cast to my SBE 2, it points where I'm looking and it seems I can't miss with it.

He likes the Benelli shotguns. He has shot some that his friends have, but says he could never spend that kind of money on one for himself. So it's definitely going to be a Benelli. I was leaning towards the Montefeltro myself because it is more of a "Gift" looking gun. He is the type that will pull it out every chance he gets to show it off. I want it to be something he is proud of and has a little flash to it. And yes we are always hiring! I have 2 more that will be coming up on their 15 years here in the next couple of years and want them to see what they have coming. In the automotive repair business it is hard to keep employees longer than a few years so I like to reward them with longevity gifts along with paying them above the average wage for our market. This is how you become known as a great employer and keep the best employees available. When a man feels appreciated he will do a much better and productive job and everybody wins.

My son has a Monty .20 that is set up for turkey and those are fine little shotguns. The only difference in his and my M2 are length and a couple cosmetics differences,

To answer your question, the Montefeltro. But, not that you asked, I've shot thousands of rounds thru a Benelli and a Berretta and would never buy a Benelli if buying a NEW semi auto. I would buy the Beretta A400 Extreme. Shoots to point of aim, (Benelli's typically shoot high for me), points great and is easy on the shoulder. My Beretta A400 Xtreme + is an absolute shooter.

I’d take the montefeltro. It’s an heirloom type gun. The Vincis are a boat gun meant to be beat up.
