I got a set of Columbia pants with Mossy Oak bottomland. They are like denim and really comfortable and tough. I think I got them at Academy last year. They have a beltloop that says PHG (kinda like the PFG on fishing apparel). I ordered a pair of those online this year because they were on sale. They are like a jean fit and almost too skinny for me but I have worn them 4x now and they are comfortable. I ran through some saw briars Sunday morning to get set up and I can see a few spots where the briars pulled the fabric. We will see how they hold up.
