Had put down my lab last Thursday’s night . Born in backyard . 11 years old . I know the the feeling . Heart failure an i couldn t stand see him suffering no more . Took him to emergency vet . Me a wife sat with him the whole time . Me an him had a connection an i knew he was ready to go. Sometimes you can just tell. I built him a coffin out of cedar an a marker for his grave . I have 4 dogs buried in my cemetery. Miss him really bad . I have his son an a basset hound at home but that dog was special
