Just got my return confirmation for shipment from UPS/Primos that my camera's will be here Monday... Actually had to send two camera's back (2 year old TC60 and 3 year old TC46) both are out 24/7/365 always running. So that's not a bad run I don't think. They replaced both of them with brand new camera's, I don't know if they will be the new Ultra camera's but Mia said they just replaced both of them with brand new cameras... Can't beat that... I just got my confirmation email as well. My new replacement should be here Monday as well. I'm hopin they send me a low glow ir version. Even if they don't,I'm still very happy w/ how primos has handled it.
