Can you find out what trigger is in it?

If this one didn't belong to the Police Dept I'd already be after it.

I would have your friend ask what trigger/modifications they performed on his glock. If it is an issue handgun then they probably do it to all their glocks and they would know exactly what was done.

Nope - Morgan Count Sheriff dept. Just handed it to him. Had been issued several times before.

Morgan County Sheriff Dept. They do good to keep gas in their cruisers. No way they would do a departmental handgun modification. Also have a high personnel turn over. Most likely a deputy had it done himself. I've said it repeatedly, its a nice trigger. I shot better with it than my other 9mms. It was that good. Repeated 3"' 10 round groups at 25 yds.

Spend an hour or so with a polishing stone and polishing wheel and you can work wonders on a factory glock trigger

I had them installed in mine too - was an improvement but this one was 50% more. It was a sharp defined clean break. Still needed to use more finger than with a single action.

I have a G17 and do not prefer it over my Kimber. But the Kimber is to nice to carry knocking around in the woods.

Nothing wrong with a Glock trigger if you know what you’re doing. With proper trigger reset you will be very accurate. You learn that at their instructor school. grin

Don’t think any modifications are allowed to LEO firearms.

Maybe you could just identify as a 911 shooter and really deep down In Your soul just know you were born to shoot Glocks. The transition can be difficult for some, don’t resist your feelings and desires.

My bro said he put a “Zev extender” (??) on his trigger. $17 part. Took 3 minutes to install. But he said if you don’t get it exactly right, the gun won’t run for crap.

It’s a connector. Not an extended.

I’m near certain that is the case, but can’t recall where I saw or read that. Too much liability w’ modified guns in law enforcement hands

Yep maybe so. But my buddy purchased a lot of turn ins several years ago, and it was very obvious that several had some type of modifications

I guess your buddy could take it to a local gunsmith and see what is in there to satisfy your curiosity.
