Posting for a friend. 370 acres for lease in north Perry Co. Includes deer and turkey. Available now. 100 acres 2 year old pines. 100 acres 10 year old pines, 100 acres 20 year old pines that have been thinned. 70 acres of hardwood bottom. Has water that runs roughly 8 months out of the year. Several food plots that need some TLC. Also has a camp house structure but no power or water. Land owner can give a better description. The road system is decent. Asking $20.00 per acre. Unless the property has been poached it hasn't been hunted in 2 years. Depending on where in north perry it could be a deal or could be a pissed away $8k. I’ve hunted north perry before and there are some good and bad spots for sure. Talking seeing 15-20 a year was good on the bad property.

Depending on where in north perry it could be a deal or could be a pissed away $8k. I’ve hunted north perry before and there are some good and bad spots for sure. Talking seeing 15-20 a year was good on the bad property. Seeing 1 a year was good for a while on our 260 in North Perry for a while

Hunted Heiberger for 25+ years like everyone else has said it can vary tremendously even in properties 1/4 mile apart. Ive hunted my bosses farm that is maybe a 1/2 mile from our places and its night and day the quality and quantity of deer. I wouldn't pay $20/acre unless you were on or near the river and ag fields. Typical north perry pines maybe $8-$12/acre.

Had a 500 acre place in North Perry county when i was a kid. Killed quite a few deer off of it but nothing big and it was good turkey hunting. Cool property but it was being poached to hell and back by the dog hunting club next to us during the week when we werent there so we dropped it.

Big difference in north perry and south perry.sprott and south it gets good
Closer to hwy 80 and south the better it gets
