How much Apple Cider Vinegar do you take a day. I’ve been taking two tablespoons/day for years now.

I guess I'm not quite that exact about it. I get a glass of water and shake up the bottle.
I take a snort of water to grease the pipes. Hold my breath, and take a gulp right off the bottle.
To the uninitiated. You better hold your breath or the fumes will make you choke and blow. I
don't share that bottle with anyone by the way. smile It's good for what ails Ya !

It burns my throat if I try to drink it straight and it isn’t the aroma that burns it…how do you swallow it without diluting it?

Water first. Then the slug of ACV. Then the rest of the glass of water.
Diluting it's fine. Just the way I got used to doing it. No advantage.

My wife had her left thumb joint replaced last year. Dr. Mesear with St. Vincent's Ortho-Sports did her surgery. She had a great outcome, only had bad pain for a week after surgery. Thumb is 100% now..

Dr. Mesear retired at the end of 2022 but is scrubbing cases with a young lady surgeon to train her. She's going to scrub with her for a year.

I take diclofenac. You think it’s not doing much, but you miss it for a day or two and you’ll see.
I’ll definitely try to cut sugar more. We in “high jelly bean” season here in the run-up to Easter.
Mine is pretty mild but I have noticed if I limit breads, it helps. I always thought that had to do with gluten but maybe it’s sugar.
