Lol. Thats why we don t have rules. Who cares if u kill a small one. I have house full mounts an shop full of horns . We are blessed . 2500 acres an 9 members which half don t hunt. I have extra 800 acres my boss just bought an i got all hunting right to myself . Can walk to hunting club. Never signed a lease . Landowner an my family go way back.

Brushwacker with that amount of land and that few hunters there should be little need for rules. I think most of the problems are created when you have larger numbers of members and much lower hunter/ac ratios. It’s sorta like why most large cities are dysfunctional cesspools. The more people you cram in a space whether to hunt or live the more the problems start piling up. Every time I read these threads it makes me more grateful I am the Supreme Leader and Dictator of about 320 acres of pretty good hunting. Makes it very easy to fix any people problems since it is very definitely my way or the Highway.

The more hunters you have, the greater the chance of having some that just don't get it. Inconsiderate people are the reason you need rules.

We got rules- but when you have had same rules, same membership for 20+ years it works.
