Got my dad and some friends coming over for the Bama/Auburn game tonight. Making Rotel, got a meat/cheese tray, veggie tray and gonna make some more yeast rolls tonight.
Gonna make them smaller, roll some in shredded cheese, some in cinnamon sugar and do some plain with a honey/egg wash. We shall see….😉
I’ll post some pics IF they turn out 😂

https://imgur.com/a/dimEpm4Before and after The cheese rolls came out awesome, but for some reason the cinnamon ones didn’t rise well. Back to the drawing board…. My little girl wanted a double batch of cinnamon, so I didn’t do any plain this time. I may have packed the cinnamon rolls in too tight this time. Idk They’re good, just not as light and flakey as I wanted. Same dough too, strange.
