The best way to attract deer during the season is to quit shooting at them. I think this past season I had all 3 of my neighbors deer on my property just because of hunting pressure. One neighbor shoots everything so I have a pretty darn good idea of what's left on their property after Christmas every year they are always hunting the property lines and complaining they aren't seeing many deer.
Hunting Pressure is what matters during season. You can plant the best looking food plot in the world and the more times you pull the trigger the less deer you will see in it in the daylight.
There is a difference between attracting deer and holding deer is my point.
