This is still a great scope some 20 years later, it still holds its zero well and the glass is terrific. I have mine on a 742 woodsmaster. It isn't a $2,000 Zeiss, but it will still hold the light until shooting hours are over. Leupold built some quality in those VXii scopes.

I’ve killed more deer looking through that model scope than any other I own. I bought one new in 96, still have it.

I've killed a pile through this one. I went to higher magnification Leupolds several years back and this one has been sitting in the safe.
