On the AFOA website, there is currently 300 acres listed for $15,000 = $50/acre!
I guess it depends on what amenities are there. Is there a lodge with enclosed skinning shed and walk in cooler ? Stocked bass lake ? Slough good for a couple of good duck hunts most years ?
