I can explain the psychology of this as it is not terribly unusual, when I get back Thursday evening if anyone is still interested. It can be explained with more than saying they were a bunch of whoredogs, but not excused. Yeah...I sure would like to hear your professional opinion on this...

Just another example of degradation in society. It is pitiful we hear more and more of this type if thing. Seems teachers are in the news a lot with this type of thing. It pains me to think of the world my kids and grandkids are will live in.

Even if it had been on personal time only, it’s still bad policy for dept employees to have relations with one another. It opens the door to drama and friction into a situation that doesn’t need more of either. Lives are literally on line.

OK, simple explanation. I'll try to keep it short. Police Officers can easily, and often do, become addicted to adrenaline and the rush that comes with it. Several ways the public fees their adrenaline cravings are through drug usage and gambling. Since both of those are frowned upon in the LE community, officers turn to another rush which is illicit sex. Many police officers are just plain whoredogs with no other way to say it. More so than the general public in many cases. That is about as simple as it gets. It is not excusable but there is a reason for it.
Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.
