If her husband was not on board with the open marriage, then she should have not been fooling around with anyone else. But, even if he was, all those folks should have kept all their bedroom activity on the down low and been nothing but professional at work.
That swinger lifestyle sure ain't my cup of tea, but there are lots who seem to indulge, but this girl may have other issues besides wanting to be a swinger.
My personal opinion is that as long as everyone is of legal age and mentally competent to consent that what goes on in the bedroom is none of my business. However, there are certain jobs/careers in which those are employed are expected to uphold and maintain a higher moral standard. Law enforcement officers and teachers are among those.
