I'm tired of forking over $200 a month on 4 phones at T mobile, was looking for cheaper carrier if we just keep old phones and shop around. Any suggestions?

Sounds like you either have phones/devices financed in, or you are somehow paying the full rates. My bill on T-Mobile with my phone (paid in full) my daughters phone (traded in, 24/mo bill credits for about half the value) and my mom's phone (we also traded hers in but almost for full value so hers is only $8/mo) was $165. And thats with some prorated charges from last month when I changed it from being just me. My projected service charges for next month is around $115 for the three lines, and we're on the middle plan. If we went down a plan (which we could) it'd be even less.

Maybe just try calling T-Mobile and see if they have any plans they can change you to, to keep you as a customer.

We've been talking to them, they screwed up our bill, wife's son went and got a new phone even though he's not allowed to, my wife is the one on the bill, I don't even have permission to do that. Now we owe for a phone we weren't planning on buying and T mobile won't admit they screwed up and sold him another phone. We're paying it off and moving.

My wife quit her visible account last week. After trying to set my daughters new phone up for almost two weeks with no help she dropped it. You have to chat with someone at visible can’t talk on the phone.

It costs to provide good customer service. Visible isn't charging enough to do that. I have had zero problems. My wife had a mess getting hers started.

visible or total wireless would be my go to service providers. i have used both and am currently back to total wireless from visible. We only swapped back because of service issues from a new to us galaxy S9. Apparently that phone is one of very few they have issues with, but i have not found a reason to leave total again. Also, total was just purchased by verizon, so they may mess with the plans at some point.
