Knob broke on mine not that I need right now but is there anyway u can buy locally or have to just order the knob. It’s plastic and just crumbled. I could probably get by with pliers but wanted to get another knob.

Give me the serial number from the back of your heater.

I have one that is 15 years old...knob broke a few weeks ago. I called company and gave them the serial number..they shipped me a new one at no charge...
