Thanks for the advice guys!

I talked to the patient this morning. I asked him if he had any prior symptoms that would indicate he had heart issues. He said no. I didn't know until he told me that he runs every evening after work. He said he averages an 8 minute mile and his highest total of miles this summer when the days was longer was 68 miles in 5 consecutive days.
