For example: I had a guy in my Sunday school class that had 4 vessels blocked. Not overweight, not that old, (67), just had lost of disease. He had a stagged procedure where we do one side of the heart and then the other side a few days later. He was very lucky. I saw him in class a few weeks later and he told me about a book he read that gave a vegetarian diet that would “clean out” your arteries. I didn’t want to bust his bubble but I had to tell him that was complete BS!

If you want facts, hard core facts, go to the ACC database and look at the facts for yourself. Or you can just listen to people’s opinions. Either way we are all responsible for our own actions and have no one else to blame when it comes to the outcome of our health.

YouTube is full of that information

I know a guy his girlfriend had all sorts of digestive issues and was a little overweight. He got her to go full on carnivore with a chest day once a week. She lost the weight and seems to have fixed her ills.

Dr Ken Berry, his last video I watched he’s gone full on carnivore. Said veggies spiked his blood sugars too much. I’ve quit watching his feeds.

I have no idea what really works except Mediterranean seems to be what’s best for me. I’m trying to go that direction. Type 2 and heart issues doesn’t leave many options.
