I would also fire whoever let this video out of my company. Discipline is a private matter. Plus, I wouldn’t want people to know he worked for me. Of course these days, may be the guy who did it that published it. Agree. Whoever published private company business obviously can’t be trusted. so this guy agreed to be filmed and committed a crime with the seatbelts. Yet when I go hunting Iam supposed to be ok with hidden game cameras posting pictures of me on the web. But I do agree with both of you   l 🤣🤣🤣

But talking about company vehicle and cams.
A few months ago my coworker got sent home for 3 days without pay. For not wearing a seatbelt. He seemed kinda happy. It was a vacation he said.
You gotta let people have a little freedom. Tobacco free policy is BS. A camera pointed inside a cab is BS. Its belittling to me.

My son works for a company in Texas. One of his many company "hats" is to install GPS trackers and cameras inside company owned vehicles. When you reach a certain level in that company one of the perks is you get a company truck and gas card. One of the conditions of that perk is you must obey all traffic laws. One of the company employees just lost his perk last night. When he reports to work today, he will hand over his truck keys and gas card. Be hard to prove thats a real baby too. There are some pretty lifelike dolls these days I’d bet that it’s just a screenshot from a video. If it is in fact a video then they be able to tell right away.

Be hard to prove thats a real baby too. There are some pretty lifelike dolls these days I just about took out someone's window this past summer on a hot day. Someone in a Home Depot parking lot had a doll (mannequin) in a car seat. I hope they got a good laugh when I realized it was fake. I imagine they had a camera going.

We have company trucks. They do not record us but some are on gps i think. They do not track our speed. Only rules are don’t break law, don’t cause wrecks, and no one else but you can touch the steering wheel ever. Ever. Ever. Also, don’t abuse fuel card use and limit weekend use if at all possible.
For insurance purposes, no one is “supposed” to have a gun in the trucks. It’s a don’t ask don’t tell thing. I already informed them I will have a gun with me every where I go.
