Supplement for my BCBS insurance that thankfully my former agency allowed me to keep. In 2011 they changed the rules on retirement for the high risk in the FRS. Thankfully I fell under the old rules. When I die my wife will get my pension with no penalty. I am fortunate that I was able to achieve my retirement goals.
