To me that makes a lot more sense than saying shoot 3 no matter what your cirmunstances are. How is that QDM?
It's not. As I said before, state limits are one thing. QDM is another.
Here is the difference between you and I...bottom line...for some reason you think that most hunters are educated enough to choose to kill only what is appropriate for their land. I do not. I'm all about education but those of us that spend countless hours posting on this site are not the norm. There are and will always be too many slob hunters and clueless hunters out there that don't care anything about choosing to make good decisions or just don't know what decisions they should make. Unfortunately the state has to do it for them. Hunting is definitely not the only example of this in our society. I'm all about limited gov't but limited doesn't mean zero.
