Whats the best way to cook a rib roast??? In a food processor, put a couple tablespoons of horseradish, some kosher salt, corse black pepper, garlic and enough olive oil to make a paste. Put it on thick, wrap tight in plastic wrap, let sit overnight, cook in oven or indirect heat in smoker. I cook them pretty hot, around 450 for the first hour to sear the juices in then knock down to 350 to finish.
