I have a few truth 35 cameras, one of which will not come on anymore. This will be it's 3rd season, I went to the primos website and the only way to contact them is set up a claim account, which I did. It took about 24 hours to hear back, I explaned my situation and the responce I got was that they needed warranty card info and proof of purchase, I responded that I no longer had any of that and that the unit was out of warranty that I just wanted to know if I could send it back to get repaired since I belive it is something small. Since then I have gotten no responce. I even sent another request asking for some type of response.

Has anyone had any experiance with Primos customer service. I love those cameras and am planning on getting a couple more but with service that crappy I may end up getting another brand.

I actually have a pending claim w/ them now regarding my truthcam 60. I however, still have the original package w/ all the paperwork. Only thing I don't have is the original receipt as I got them as a gift. After giving them the serial number, they told me to send it back and they'd send me a new replacement under warranty even though I never registered them. I sent my cam back on Friday and it should arrive w/ them today so we'll see how long it takes for them to send the replacement but so far they've been good to me.

I actually got a response jus a few minutes ago, which is pretty crappy since the last one I got on July 31st. They simply told me since it was out of warranty I could get another one through them for 60 bucks. Not to bad and I feel like I will go that route.

I have been extremely impressed with Moultrie's customer service. For what it's worth.

I was just about to start a new thread asking for input on best cameras for $125 or less, I don't care about video, or many features just long battery life, and doesn't miss many pictures. I normally have my truths set at 1 pic per event and 30 sec. delays. Give me some advice on who makes a good camera in that price range.

I actually just got off the phone with them and had the exact same thing happen. The lady asked for the serial number, gave me a RA number and told me to send it back and they would replace it within 3 days of receiving it. Got my RA/Confirmation email about 15 minutes after I got off the phone. I have always had good service with Primos, that's why I have 6 of their cameras...

Primos customer service has always been great to me. Renee has always done me right. I do not know if she is still with them since bushnell bought the company though.

Everyone has good days and bad days.

My wife's late grandmother, who was a gem, often reminded us, "You never know what someone else is going through in their lives. Try to be good and nice to people, no matter what."

That's tough to do sometimes, but it's good advice I try to remember.

Mackdaddy I have had the same results with Wildgame Innovations.
The customer service at Moultrie and Wildgame Innovations has been great to me. I am trying the Primos camera out now.

Just got my return confirmation for shipment from UPS/Primos that my camera's will be here Monday... Actually had to send two camera's back (2 year old TC60 and 3 year old TC46) both are out 24/7/365 always running. So that's not a bad run I don't think. They replaced both of them with brand new camera's, I don't know if they will be the new Ultra camera's but Mia said they just replaced both of them with brand new cameras... Can't beat that...

Got my replacement cam in the mail today. Primos even sent me a truthcam 60 blackout version with no visible it lr flash so I'm extremely pleased with the service I received from them. Won't hesitate to recommend or purchase another primos cam in the future.
