I have one spot of Zoysia under two trees in my front yard. The rest of my yard is Bermuda. I burn the Bermuda every spring. The Zoysia never goes dormant enough to burn. If you spray the Zoysia with Roundup, you're gonna have a brown yard until you re-sod it or let it fill back in. Trust me on that.
