Yep, I have a ladder stand about 15 steps from a cemetery, the neighbors have never complained.

Got a tripod in a stand of trees in Illinois that is surrounded by unkept graves from mostly Union soldiers killed at Shiloh. Doesn’t bother me a bit

Yep. Have a ladder stand that backs up to an early 1800's cemetery on our place. Hunted it many times and nary a haint has bothered me.

I was hunting as a guest one time in Beatrice AL. The guy I was hunting with told me to walk down a logging road until it turned right, walk off the road about 100 yards to the top of a ridge and find a tree to climb. I get in there an hour before daylight, find a tree straight enough to climb and up I go. As daybreak gets closer I start seeing white colored rocks on the ground. I thought that was strange because I never saw any big rocks in that area. Once it got daylight, I could tell I was sitting on the edge of an old, old cemetery. Probably 15 head stones stuck up around me. Didn’t bother me at all, just thought it was odd

On satellite,If you ever see an acre of big timber surrounded by pine plantation, chances are cemetery.
