I've had my cameras out since the first of August. For the first time in 4 years of hunting this property, I have absolutely no pictures of mature bucks. I don't have pics of hardly any bucks at all. Neighbors saying the same. Anyone else experiencing the same? Makes me wonder if there was a die off.

Having the same issue but I also ain’t been feeding like I normally do. Warm weather and acorns playing a big role I think.

I have one spot I’ve had between 10-15 bucks on camera regularly and 5-10 does. Mid October I lost the majority of them the last week I’ve only had 3 bucks and a handful of does on camera. 80 degrees and acorns raining has killed that spot.

I’ve got at least 8 shooter bucks on camera. Was getting a few day pics of them until temp rose and full moon phase started.

Same problem for me on my place in Macon County. My guess is the insane amount of timbering going on right now in Macon County plus the same old issue of a liberal season. The same thing happened in Randolph County in Georgia in the late 90s-2000s. It’s never recovered to the quality of the deer hunting they had in the 80s-early 90s. I wish they could split the season for our area….Oct 1st-Nov 10th then shut it down completely until Jan 1st-end of season. I think that would help the liberal season kill numbers….maybe.

Slight correction 2dogs. This is Alabama, probably shot at age 1 & 2. It’s hard to have grandpas, if all the males are killed before they reach puberty.

I had several bucks until just before Halloween and they all left and haven’t been back. Called my neighbor and he picked up one of them but the others are MIA

They're in MO. All of them.

I got pics of quite a few bucks after the season was over. The farmers quit farming my 18 acres this year after the deer ate all the beans up twice. They still farmed across the road which is probably over a 100 acres. That may have had something to do with it, but neighbors all around are experiencing the same thing with the bucks mia. Neighbors being as far as a couple miles away. I guess I'll see what happens when it turns colder and the rut hits.

What you got the camera set up on? I have mine on licks and acorns and they are on cam regular. They dipped off a bit once they lost velvet but they are back and hitting them
