Get a rate quote from every available lender in the area, then pick the lowest rate with people that seem competent. The high interest is gonna hurt, but it will only hurt more the longer you wait.
2% rates are not realistic, and will likely never happen again in our lifetimes. It was propped by the Fed for years, and we are now suffering the consequences of it.
