It has a heavy buffer. It locks back on last shot. I had it professionally cleaned, rings lapped and everything reinstalled and bore sighted.

Would the heavy buffer make it kick harder? I thought it kicked harder than my 450 bm. You would think a 250 gran bullet in an AR-15 would thump worse than a 150 gr 308 in a 10 pound gun.

I'm concerned about over tightening the rings and damaging the scope tube. They are not bottomed out and it looks like they added some sort of material in the rings to create more surface area. That's how I know it's moving, I can see the material.
