First, I will never have your experience or skills in shooting, but, you have an error in your process for measuring Headspace. The primer needs to be removed before measuring. Fired primers can have a ridge around the firing pin indent which can cause a faulty measurement. It may only be a few thousandths, but we're only trying to to bump that shoulder .002", so that small amount makes a difference.
I Decap and resize in separate steps. Decap the brass and then into the tumbler for cleaning.
