I “had” a 3-9x40 accupoint on a lightweight 308 and loved everything about it except the 2.2” eye relief on max power. Didn’t realize the eye relief was so short until I shot a buck from a shooting house while holding the rifle lightly with only one hand and wearing a semi-slick glove. My forehead caught the scope and someone else became the new owner of the accupoint.
