I know Skinners there in Thomasville used to do hogs until Chuck Sykes and crew made them pay a permit to process hogs so they stopped...think a lot have stopped hogwise and likely due to the extra fee
So where would the fee money from processing a hog go to, the state? And why? I came from Louisiana and most processors would gladly take hogs with no issues.
