Heck yea - congrats SJ - nice pic

I just set 5 yote traps in a road - wanted to set 3 dps in some hardwoods but I got a stand there and it was getting close to 4:00 pm - May set 3-4 dps in morning and few more yote sets and make a few of them double sets

Just checked traps from my back porch and can see one jumping around in a hay set i made yesterday.

No yotes but we had a climber

I got about 7 yote traps out now - one was stepped in lot this morning but no catches - fox - didn’t go off - I set 4 dps today

Thought I was going to leave empty handed. Got to my last coyote trap this morning - it was a new set at a tee - thought it should be dynamite but u never no - set it yesterday - she was waiting on me and barking. I will share pics later when catch few more things . Would hav made a cool pick - she was sitting against a dirt bank and steady barking - reached for my phone and had forgot it. Had to wait till got home for back of truck pic

Ended up w a coon too

Fox had been screwing up my sets - I was trying to target coyotes. Instead of doing double sets - I stayed on the dogs and just changed one thing. Very good trapping buddy of mine told me last year to switch to fox pee from yote pee and see what happens - he said u cutting a lot of animals off w yote pee. He was right - started catching a lot of fox and still caught dogs. Funny thing - I switched back to yote pee this week and the fox stopped messing w my sets 🤣🤣. I will double set them later.

SJ that’s a fat cat and that one dog is checking it good

In the one that’s just walking - hav no idea if this happened but I put traps on both sides of road lot to cover multiple winds - I know sometimes that can walk right by mine and if wind wrong they may never smell

I need to put more in center of road - I usually pick a side and up against something like a bank

I also noticed when I put it in center of road - I also catch lot more fox. My guess is they are more skiddish and like to circle - center of road prob more forgiving on wind to

Got blanked - had big hole dug behind one of my traps - never went off

My one tire set - animal pulled the ham from a coon out of tire and set it by tire - had diff bate in tire and used fox pee - trap was uncover - could not tell if it had gone off

If can - will double set a spot this afternoon and do middle of road dirt hole

Sj22 order you some soultaker and hellfire made by dunlaps and I bet that kitty will be yours

Interesting story - I didn’t get blanked this morning like I thought. I noticed my tire set - the bait or Coon ham had been thrown out of tire this morning - wondered why animal did not eat it. The trap I saw this morning had actually been fired. I noticed a lot of hair inside the tire this morning as I road by and I could see part of trap - When I went back out today to reset few traps - fox was standing inside the tire - immediately it jumped in the tire and hid. He was in the trap this morning when I drove by - he was hiding in the tire. When I got out this afternoon I had to lean over tire to see him. I killed him and reset it - think he was the one messing up some of my sets. He had eat part of his foot off and that hide trick about saved his life

It was crazy - smart little sucker - blew my mind in afternoon and everything looked same as the morning when I looked back at tire - he fit in tire good - had to bend over to see him

If he would hav jumped in before I saw him - I would hav had a huge shock when I grab that trap to reset. It was full closed while it was on his foot

One Coon this morning is it - one coyote trap stepped around

Saw fox on road cam last nite on other side of property

Got blanked this morning - 1 trap stepped around - fired all traps - may reset Friday

Got some soul taker and hell fire ordered
