Looks great! How you liking the new grill so far? So far, so good. I cooked leq quarters Saturday and didn't trim any fat off them. That was a mistake. After cooking at 300 for an hour, I cranked the grill up to 500 to crisp the skin. Had a flash fire and had no idea how or a way of putting it out. I just had to grab the leg quarters with tongs. Scorched the skin on half of them. The wings turned out fantastic. I love the convenience of the grill.

I’ve read the best way to handle the flash fire is close the lid and drop temp or turn off and let it smother.
I used most of the contents in my fire extinguisher. Don’t do that if you don’t have to. Makes a mess

That’s what I did, but the fan keeps running for a while after the grill is shut off so that didn’t help much.
