I hunted opening weekend(labor day) in KY one time.
It was 104 all 3 days I was there.
Hands down the most miserable hunting trip I have ever been on.
Don't think I ever actually saw a deer the whole time

85 degrees. Shot an 8 at 3:00 in evening during first week of November years ago.

If its hot when I am hunting and I good one steps out, I am taking it....I might pass on a doe if it's real hot, but not a buck.....I hate to sweat when I am hunting and have thrown in the towel early in the season sometimes because it's too hot......

It stays that way til dang near christmas down there..my hunters would show up decked out in souped up huntn gear..id guide in shorts an chipewas..most of the time as long as i could see were ise walkin..id just wear flip flops.. my kinda huntn.. shorts an flip flops..kilt a bunch like that
