Last quote I got in 2021 was $211 sq. ft.( I already own lot and was paying for house pad separately).
Ended up deciding on new construction for the same price I budgeted for build. Good area/ good schools so maybe will get some appreciation over the next two three years before we look at building again.
I kept the lot, hope to build there some day when we see what building prices settle at down the road.
