In 2000 we had plans drawn up to build our dream home, and contractor bid. It was 65.00 a foot lock and key job, just shy of 3000’ for around 190,00. Wish 1000 times we Would have gone ahead and done it. Instead we bought a nice house across from my parents. Which has had its perks too.
200.00 a foot seems unattainable to me.
