SIG SAUER INNOVATES. Glock has been resting on their laurels for decades.
Never adopt a first gen Sig, that's the cost of innovation. Just wish they could admit it with generation designations.

I personally prefer Sig over Glock because: 1. Better grip angle 2. Better trigger 3. Better sights 4. More modular design 5. Better parts compatibility between different models
Downsides: 1. TRACK RECORD, IMO, the G17/19 is the most reliable firearm ever made. 2. Better aftermarket support, but Sig is catching up

I think Glock is to handguns what Honda is to 4 wheelers, Not on the cutting edge of much but reliable as heck.

Can’t go wrong getting a Glock. If You want more capacity in a Micro-carry concealed weapon take a look at the Springfield Hellcat. They are ultra reliable and You can have 15+1 capacity in a 9mm handgun. The Hellcat comes with an 11 round and 13 round magazine. 15 round magazines are available on market. Those extra rounds make it attractive for alot of folks.

Narrow gap, the Hellcat will be next. I looked at and held alot of guns last year when i was in search of a small frame high capacity 9mm.. Hellcat certainly made the list and i will have one before long.

Sig P365 for me. I like it much better than the Glock.
This. I think you gotta get the regular 365. Not the SAS version. Carry mine in a sticky.

I’ll venture down to Larry’s Pistol & Pawn and take a look at a 365 when I’m able. The thing I don’t like about these micro frame guns is they don’t have a decocker.

The sig 365 is a pita to load, and I’ve loaded a lot of 30 round mags, but I think they are very reliable and no doubt easy to carry. The shield mags give the edge to the 43x though imo. Micro pistols are getting better and better for the most part.

Why would a striker fired gun have a decocker? Knew that was coming…. The last two semi autos I had (Sigs) were full size & had decockers. It’s what I’m used to. I realize these micros are different style pistol

Canik made a striker fire with a decocker. I think it's been discontinued, but you should be able to find a used one.
A well fitting holster is my safety for handguns. All loaded handguns are carried and stored in one.

Why would a striker fired gun have a decocker? A Glock is already half "decocked" until you pull the trigger. Think of it as wanting a decocker on a DAO revolver.

I don’t care what y’all think about the glock. It may be ugly and they don’t come up with “new stuff” but why fix something that’s not broken?
