You heard the deer crash and you obviously walked straight to her. Bloodtrails are not going to be the same every time. A lot of times it takes them 20 yards to start bleeding good. From what I can see in the picture, the exit wound APPEARS to be kind of high. Anyway, glad you found her. I'm not bashing you either. That's why it is imperiative (sp) that you watch them run for as long as possible and mentally mark the last object they ran past and listen for the crash. Congrats! 
Please change your name obviously your not.Never had a bloodtrail start 20 yards later. Yes you want some constancy when using a broadhead.Yes he found the deer and walked to it.Lets say he did not hear it crashed thats why a bloodtrail is needed.High exit wound lets say the deer was 30 yards away he aimed in the middle of the deer right behind the shoulder the arrow will have very lil angle so the exit will be a lil lower than the entrance. So to me it looks fine.
