Connex would not stop thieves nowadays. They would cut a hole in it with a torch or a grinder. They don’t care. There is a local known thief that lives by our club in Pickens County. The Game Warden has been hanging out at our club, maybe he went down the road.

Was this in Greene County? Yes…..Forkland area. One of the vehicles they were using had been stolen in Hale Co. They were all locals that were well aware that nobody lived at our camp full time.

Had the same thing going on in MS this summer, they hit our camp, but didn't get anything inside, they stole a 4 wheeler and it was found a month later, a little gang of thieves were riding it around in the city limits of natchez, MS....they also had stolen a van and other things from other camps......

They don't care cause at the worst they will get probation. Maybe serve a month if record was bad. People that don't care, just don't care about having a criminal record. That don't mean squat to some people with no future goals.

At least they didn't tell you where to go look for your stuff like the Wilcox County Sheriff told me when I filed a report on my stolen 4-wheeler. "If you want to look for it Mr. Godwin it's going to be in the Gee's Bend Alberta Area. Stupid me I thought that was their job.

I hope they catch them. I really wanted to leave my 4 wheeler at the club this year, but I think not. When i left mine 2 hrs from home at the camp i didnt store it at the clubhouse area with the rest of them. I had it hidden under a camo tarp 200 yards out in the woods away from the rest.

Mine is tucked away in the woods, within-walking distance of a gate I park at with a camo atv cover over it. No lock or anything. It might get stole this year but been that way 10 years. Hope they catch these useless thieves !
