I'd just be done with it and get a sig 938 😀 Had one for about 2 years. Sexy little pocket gun but it had too many FTE's. Never could get it to shoot any type ammo without a random FTE. I feel like this thread is ripe for some 1911 memes.... Lol I posted that one for u but I did like that 938

Probably the perfect carry gun.id probably got the 43 over the x cause I like single stack or shorter grip comfort currently carrying a xds45 but most would pick the x for extra round count .good job definitely didn't go wrong . That fusion 1911 is sweet also

That fusion 1911 is sweet also 3%, i might not ever carry that fusion but it sure is nice to pull out and look at now and then. Its a shooter too. I hit my 6" target first shot with it from about 30yds. It is a little heavy.

I still like a "Wheel Gun" myself. A HOT load with a hollow point bullet in .357 Magnum is some BAD MEDICINE!! And they conceal so easily in the waistband too~

Every gun I carry, I have a uncle mikes pocket holster for. They are the absolute minimal size and cushion just enough to make IWB comfortable. I’ve spent way more on holsters for way less. I carry my 43x in a #4 I believe. My Ruger 380 is in the #3. Pretty sure that’s right. For 15.00 y’all need to at least try it. Pocket holster without the clip.

Regular 43 for me. Carry it everywhere in a High Noon iwb holster. I don't understand the 43x and 48. Both kinda defeat the purpose of a micro-compact carry gun in my opinion. I've thought about going with a 365 but I feel so comfortable with my 43 I don't want to change.

A few mentioned a P365. I haven’t had a Sig in years & I mostly prefer wheelguns, but this pic has me thinking. The Smith weighs less, but by only 3.5 ounces. Anyone dislike their 365? ![[Linked Image]](https://i.imgur.com/YBFreBE.jpg)

Ive got a sig365sas. Its a great little pocket gun. I love the sights on it but mine came about a foot high at 30ft or so. You cant adjust the sights on the sas. Its quite a bit smaller than the 43x

I think of my 48 as more of a 19 that actually fits my hand The G19 is the single greatest handgun ever made. The 48 would take that title if Glock would adopt all-metal mags for it (like the Shield Arms mags) from the factory so that it came from the factory with a 15rd capacity.

Gomer, back in the day a glock 19 would have most likely been considered a girl glock. Alot has changed in a few years. I really like a small frame striker fire gun. I personally dont have any interest in full size pistolas. Could be the small chubby hands?

I'm toting my Mossberg mc2c which is a thinner g19. But no plastic pistol can match a 1911s trigger and provenance.

My good ol mom bought her glock 43 after dad died against my advice on her getting a gun but she did it anyway, i was with her to let her shoot it and i was trying to help her out on how to hold it and as she informed me that she knew what she was doing cause she grew up shooting pistols ( revolvers) i tried my best to get her to tuck her thumb out of the way but she knew best so when she shot the slide came back and turned her thumb in a 90 degree angle from what it was supposed to be and i inherited the glock at that moment, bless her heart she would not listen no matter how much i tried, she went and bought a revolver after that, i wish she was still here so i could shoot at cans with her again

You chose well. Both 43 and 43x are both great choices though I prefer the 39. It was my BUG in my vest holster back in the day. Great for concealed carry too.

Strange as it is, I have small hands but the G17/G45 fit my hands like a glove and I never could get used to the G26. 43x is the best feeling Glock I have.
