Anyone have any recommendations on who to use for a Louisiana Charter Fishing trip? Open to just reds/speckled trout or going offshore for Tuna.

Mexican Gulf or Voodoo charters if your fishing offshore. I've fished with both and had a great time. Also, i work deepwater on a drilling rig and see them usually doing pretty good on tuna while at work.
