She said to always be within 30 seconds of a bathroom. On my third or fourth day I was in the driveway talking to neighbors when the first rumble hit my gut. Witnesses later testified they never seen a person move so fast while on crutches. I barely made it. Stuff hit me like the colon prep they give you before a colonoscopy. After the Colcrys treatment I now take allopurinol once a day. It was shellfish and tuna fish that gave me gout attacks.
