I got the 36 as a gift and seasoned 4 times using Crisco veg oil.

Cooked up a bunch of garden veggies heavy on the jalapeno, cubanelle, banana, shishito peppers with chicken, mushrooms, squash, onions.

Looking forward to doing some other recipes that you posted.
